Alexandra qualified as a family lawyer in 2013, since when she has been advising on all areas of family law, such as divorce, financial arrangements, nuptial agreements, private law children matters, as well as cohabitation disputes and protective measures.

Alexandra has a broad range of clients from all backgrounds, and has particular expertise in advising high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients from a wide range of jurisdictions, as well as clients with a high-profile.

Alexandra has many years of experience in the Family Court, High Court and the Court of Appeal. She is particularly skilled at working on high value and complex financial cases with onshore and offshore assets, complex corporate structures and trust assets.

Alexandra is adept at knowing when cases need to be settled but is a robust and forthright litigator when necessary. Alexandra has particular skill and interest at dealing with private law children disputes including in relation to the living arrangements of children, disputes as to time spent with each parent, international child abduction, international and national relocation and financial applications for unmarried parents.

Alexandra drafts and advises on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements as well as cohabitation agreements for a wide range of clients.

Before founding Melius Family Law Alexandra worked at Hughes Fowler Carruthers and prior to that trained at a well-known central London firm.
